 Information for Oral Presenters:(口頭発表者の方へ）

• We will have projectors for multimedia presentations (e.g., powerpoint) in all the rooms, but you should bring your own laptop computer. If you have requests for other types of equipment, please let us know in advance by emailing Kei Nakamura at kei@aya.yale.edu.
• 発表ではプロジェクターの使用が可能ですが、各自パソコンを持参して下さい。また、他の機具が必要でしたら、中邑啓(kei@aya.yale.edu)まで連絡をお願いいたします。

 Information for Poster presenter:(ポスター発表者の方へ）

• The recommended poster dimensions are a maximum of approximately 90 cms(width) by 180 cms (height).
• ポスターのサイズは、最大限横90cm x縦180cmまで可能です。

• The special room rate of 14700 yen including free breakfast is still available at Sendai Royal Park Hotel but is subject to room availability. When booking at 022-377-2111, the JSLS must be mentioned.
