Traditional linear methods (e.g., regression, mixed models) are not well suited for modelling effects in this type of data. I will present a permutation analysis that can be used in a wide range of time-dependent data. The method uses the data itself to extract clusters of interest and simulates a distribution of experiments by randomly permutating the condition labels.
